Remove hooks from Initcpio

Adjust fallback_options in the .preset file for your kernel type. e.g. linux-lts.preset
-S ... removes default hooks for fallback

/etc/mkinitcpio.d/linux-lts.preset:

...
fallback_options="-S autodetect,switchsnaprotorw,resume"
